Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of electronic services via the Behired Service.

Definitions

Service Provider
Behired Sp. z o.o. (LLC), located in Walendów, Poland at Koncertowa Street 14, 05-830 Walendów, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0001095382, NIP: 5342677197, REGON: 528148478, with a share capital of 5,000.00 PLN.
User
An adult natural person who has registered on the Service and uses the Services.
Service
The website located at behired.net through which the Service Provider enables the analysis of job offers and resumes submitted by the User based on artificial intelligence (AI), and then generating based on the above analysis:
  • a personalized cover letter;
  • a personalized CV;
  • recommendations for CV improvement;
  • questions that may be asked during an interview along with sample answers;
  • an analysis of fit for the position considering the User's strengths and weaknesses.
Unlimited access to the above functionalities is possible only after the User makes a Payment as part of the Subscription.
Subscription
A paid service consisting of providing the User with continuous access to all functionalities of the Service.
Payment
The payment that the User commits to make in the amount indicated on the Service in order to use the Subscription.
Billing Period
The period for which the Fee is charged for the period of time indicated in the Service.
Account
A set of settings allowing the User to manage the Subscription.

General Provisions

  • The Service Provider provides the Subscription service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
  • The User is obliged to adhere to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
  • An agreement between the User and the Service Provider is concluded at the moment of filling out the form located on the Service and accepting the Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate checkbox.
  • To properly use the Service, the User should ensure the following technical requirements:
    1. access to the Internet;
    2. access to a web browser;
    3. having a current e-mail address (the above e-mail address will be used for all correspondence between the Service Provider and the User).
  • The Subscription service requires providing at least the job title contained in the job offer and a description of the professional profile.
  • In order to generate a personalized cover letter, CV, interview questions and answers, and a candidate match tailored to the User, it is necessary to provide information regarding experience and employment history or attach a CV.
  • The User is obliged to comply with the law while using the Service.
  • The User is obliged to use only their own application documents and not use the Subscription on behalf of third parties or in any other way that violates the legitimate interests of the Service Provider.
  • The Service Provider may refuse to provide the Subscription service if the User violates the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

Payments

  • To use the Subscription, the User is required to make a Payment in advance.
  • If the Payment is not made after the current Billing Period expires, the Subscription automatically expires.
  • The User may cancel the Subscription at any time with effect at the end of the Billing Period in which the cancellation was made.
  • Payments that have been made are non-refundable.
  • To cancel the Subscription, the User must log into their Account and select the “manage subscription” option.

Complaints

  • The User may file a complaint regarding the Subscription.
  • The complaint should include the following information:
    1. the User's name, surname, and email address;
    2. the subject of the complaint and a description of the circumstances justifying the complaint.
  • Complaints can be submitted via email to: support@behired.net.
  • The Service Provider will consider the complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • The Service Provider will inform the User via email from which the complaint was sent about the decision made after considering the complaint.

Technologies / AI Used

  • The Service Provider provides the Subscription service using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
  • The analysis of the CV submitted by the User, the job offer analysis, and all content generated by the Service Provider within the Subscription (cover letters, CVs, CV improvement recommendations, possible interview questions) as well as marking the User's strengths and weaknesses in the context of individual job offers are performed using artificial intelligence.
  • The User should always check and possibly modify the content of the cover letter or CV generated within the Subscription to fully adapt them to the requirements of a specific job offer or their expectations.

Personal Data

The rules for processing personal data of Users by the Service Provider are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

  • The Service Provider is not liable for the outcome of the recruitment process in which the User used the cover letter or CV obtained within the Subscription.
  • The Service Provider does not guarantee that the questions generated within the Subscription as possible to be asked during an interview will actually be asked, and that no other questions will appear.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for the content entered by Users into the System, especially for its correctness.
  • The Service Provider is not liable to the User who violates the Terms and Conditions for any damages resulting from the cessation of providing the Subscription and deletion of the Account.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the lack of continuity in providing the Subscription due to circumstances for which the Service Provider is not responsible (e.g., force majeure).

Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily cease providing the Subscription service due to activities related to modification or improvement of the Service.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, which will be announced on the Service.
  • The binding version of the Terms and Conditions is in the Polish language.
